Shipping & Delivery
Gourmet Goldmine is only able to ship orders within Australia. Customers have the following delivery options:

Gourmet Goldmine aims to provide reasonable postage and delivery rates for all our products, from the smallest purchase to our larger orders. With this in mind our postage rates are based upon that charged by Australia Post for the volume and size of your items in combination with the delivery address.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment.
You will receive a receipt confirming when your order is processed.
Gourmet Goldmine strives to pack and post your order within 2 working days. Should this not be possible you will be informed by email and provided with an estimate of delivery time.
Stock Quantities & Out of Stock
Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. Where possible, we will endeavour to publish the expected availability date for that item. Usually, you will still be able to choose that item for your shopping bag and complete your order. You will then receive an email from us informing us of the expected delivery date for your order. Having to wait for an item is more likely when you order large quantities of a particular item. We love home chefs doing their thing, and will try to fill your order as soon as we can!
Returns & Exchanges
Gourmet Goldmine products are packaged and posted with the utmost care and your satisfaction is important to us.
Please choose your product carefully. You are entitled to receive a refund, exchange or credit if products you've bought are faulty or significantly different to those depicted. In the event of a sale, items will be refunded at sale price.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or significantly different to the product ordered, you can within 15 days of the date of the order, at your cost, contact Gourmet Goldmine at PO Box R34, Royal Exchange, NSW 1225 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a replacement item or refund. Gourmet Goldmine may require proof of damage and proof of purchase prior to issuing a replacement item or refund.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have at law.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Gift Voucher must be redeemed through www.gourmetgoldmine.com.au
- Full value of Gift Voucher to be used in one purchase.
- If the value of the transaction is more than the value of the Gift Voucher paypal can be used to pay the difference.
- Only one Gift Voucher can be used per purchase.
- No credit or cash provided for unused portion of Gift Voucher.
- Gift Voucher not redeemable for cash.
- Gift Voucher valid until date stated on Gift Voucher.
- Unused Gift Vouchers or unused Gift Voucher portions will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
- Gift Voucher purchases cannot be refunded for cash or credit (unless covered by our returns conditions).
- Normal gourmetgoldmine.com.au Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Gift Vouchers.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
